Nothing is better after a rough day than taking some time for yourself to relax and unwind. There are many ways to put your body and mind in a relaxed state. Yoga meditation, breathing exercises, Calming outdoor scenery and a nice warm bath are just a few suggestions.
All of these activities are even more effective when you add some beautiful instrumental music. There are many choices for ambient music but I like to think I'm good at picking out the more relaxing pieces. These 5 minutes of relaxing music are all you need to feel calm and rejuvenated.
